Some Republic Services customers may have received multiple notifications for new invoices and scheduled autopayments. We confirmed with Republic that they are diligently working on fixing this issue. The emails are sent automatically in batches, which they are trying to stop. The vendor is canceling the scheduled autopayments now (you may have already noticed some of yours are canceled) and should have the remaining autopayments canceled by the end of next week. For the customers affected, the autodraft occurs on or around January 7th, and all duplicate autodrafts should be canceled in plenty of time. Once cleaned up, activity online should resume as normal.
