Following two rounds of public engagement, an initial American Rescue Plan proposal has been submitted to City Council for consideration. The plan includes initial funding buckets and how these projects were determined to be priorities. The full proposal can be viewed online (link below).
Upon approval, additional planning efforts will take place to define within each bucket what spending looks like for each project. Several projects will have further community input components that will be launched on the Engage Chillicothe dashboard. Updates on spending will be shared throughout the year on the project page as well.
