Barberton High School's Academic Challenge Team competed in four matches at Norton High School on November 7th. The team qualified to advance to the silver division for the first time, an improvement from being bronze the past two years.
They won 3 out of their 4 matches, beating CVCA 275-165, St. Vincent-St. Mary's B 285-150, and Hudson B 225-170.
The BHS team will travel to Our Lady of the Elms on November 21st for their next match. Also, tune in to WEWS, ABC on Saturday, January 14th at 11:30 AM to watch the BHS team compete against Rootstown High School and Sandusky High School.
