The City of Barberton has begun picking up loose leaves and will continue through each ward as scheduled. To facilitate pickup, leaves must be raked into a row and placed on the curb. Please keep out of the street to avoid clogging storm sewers.
Please note the dates listed below for each ward and please keep in mind that as the weather gets worse and the leaves fall faster, it may take longer for us to return to your area. The crews will make several passes through the city until weather no longer permits them to do so, the dates listed below are your "scheduled" dates:
Ward 4 - October 21-November 4
Ward 1 - November 7-10*
Ward 5 - November 14-18
Ward 2 - November 21-23**
Ward 3 - November 28-December 2
Ward 6 - December 5-9
*No pick-up on November 11th in observance of Veterans Day. ** No pick-up on November 24th & 25th for Thanksgiving Holiday.
