City of Barberton recently issued the following announcement.
Yesterday, Mayor William Judge delivered the last of the non-perishables and toiletry items collected from the Mayor’s Annual Community Collection Drive. The donations were delivered and graciously accepted by the The Barberton Salvation Army and the Barberton Area Community Ministries (BACM).
Thank you to everyone who donated during this time. Your generosity is greatly appreciated by the recipients and those in need.
Thank you to the Lake Anna YMCA, Barberton Public Library and Barberton Summa Hospital for being collection participants.
We intend to keep the momentum going this summer with Christmas in July!
